Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette Lid Won’t Close Properly – Poor Quality

I purchased the Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette last summer, and although some time has passed, I am extremely disappointed with its build quality. Despite handling it carefully, a small plastic piece broke off on its own, and now the lid won’t fully close.

This is unacceptable for a high-end product that comes at a premium price. I expected better durability, yet now I can’t even carry it in my bag because the lid opens immediately when tilted.

I demand a solution or replacement. Dior, why is such an expensive product falling apart so easily? Has anyone else faced this issue? I expect a response and a resolution immediately!
