I purchased the Dior Show Iconic Overcurl Mascara 090, and it’s the driest, most ineffective mascara I’ve ever used. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality. Either the storage conditions, the authorized retailer, or the product itself has a serious issue. The formula barely applies, and instead of enhancing my lashes, it feels like I’m using a product that’s already expired. It’s extremely disappointing that a brand like Dior would offer such a poor-quality mascara. Spending this much money for such a subpar experience is frustrating and unacceptable. Dior needs to address this problem immediately—whether it’s replacing faulty stock or ensuring better quality control. Customers deserve better!
