Summer Infant Stroller Tipping Hazard And Wheel Problems

I am very concerned about the safety of my Summer Infant stroller. It has tipped over on several occasions, even on flat surfaces. I am worried that my child could be seriously injured if this happens again. In addition, the wheels frequently lock up and refuse to turn. This makes it very difficult to push the stroller, and it also creates a loud scraping noise. Finally, I am disappointed with the quality of the materials used to make the stroller. The fabric is thin and easily stained, and the plastic feels flimsy. Overall, I am very unhappy with this stroller. It is not safe or well-made, and I would not recommend it to other parents.
