Every tiny bump, from grass to sand, even a little leftover snow (seriously?!) gets caught up in the wheels as we walk, at first, the design would give us what we needed…yet with these things getting stuck pushing the stroller is like a constant battle, turning walks into a total drag. I’m a busy parent, need a stroller that works for city life, surely expecting smooth sailing with their Dragonfly. fancy suspension and new flat wheels, but it’s not helping me at all…way off the mark. I've tried cleaning the wheels all the time, making sure nothing's stuck, but these jams keep happening. a nightmare to maneuver! You guys are known for top-notch strollers, and this ain't cutting it, not for me for sure, I believe others will agree too.
