This afternoon at 4:30 PM, the audio system in my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Lux suddenly stopped working. All sounds, including interior warning signals, indicator alerts, and music, completely disappeared from the speakers. Everything was functioning perfectly in the morning, but now there’s no audio at all.
I’ve only had this vehicle for six months, and it has just 11,000 km on it. I’m shocked that such an issue has occurred in such a short time with a brand-new car. This is unacceptable for a vehicle of this caliber.
I request immediate assistance to resolve this issue and restore the audio system. I expect Chery to stand by their product and provide a prompt and effective solution.
