I reported a tablet screen malfunction in my Chery Tiggo 7 to Chery Mengerler in February 2025. Since the issue wasn’t resolved, I had to file another request on March 1, 2025.

Today, I was finally informed that the repair was approved under warranty—but now, I’ve been told that the replacement part will take up to two months to arrive. When I purchased this vehicle, I was promised that Chery Turkey had been established to prevent spare part shortages, yet this experience reminds me of the same supply issues from 25 years ago.

Chery, honor your commitment to after-sales support! A two-month wait for a warranty repair is unacceptable.
