I have attempted various methods, but I was unsuccessful in removing my account from the OpenAI ChatGPT app. At first, I decided to give the application a try, but eventually chose to delete my account. Unfortunately, the data controls in the help center and settings button are not functioning properly. There is no customer service or support hotline provided, which can leave users feeling stranded and unable to close their accounts.
I tried reaching out via email, but unfortunately, the links they shared are not working. Please take immediate action to delete my account. Thank you.
