However, on June 29, 2025, without my knowledge or consent, my account was upgraded to a Pro subscription, and a charge of $222 was deducted from my account. I did not authorize or approve this purchase in any way.
When I logged into my ChatGPT account to cancel the subscription, I was shocked to find that there was no cancellation button in the management section. Despite my efforts, I could not cancel or downgrade the subscription myself, which made me feel helpless and frustrated.
