Under Armour Shoe Heel Wore Out After Normal Use

I purchased a pair of Under Armour shoes from the Skechers store in central Muş approximately four months ago. I only used the shoes for normal everyday activities. Despite this limited use, the inside of the heel area has already developed tearing and significant wear.

When I wanted to send the product in for a warranty inspection, the store told me they could not process my request because I had lost the warranty document and receipt. I was also unable to find the payment in my bank records. However, it should still be possible to verify that the product was purchased from the store and that it developed this condition within a short period of time. The store did not offer any assistance or suggest any solution.

I do not believe it is reasonable for the shoes to tear after such a short period of normal use, and I feel that I have been left without a solution as a consumer. I request that the shoes be inspected and, if they are determined to be defective, that they be replaced or, if possible, that I receive a refund.
