ChatGPT Go Cancellation Button Keeps Failing, Customer Still Gets Billed

I purchased a ChatGPT Go membership through the app. Even though I haven't used the membership at all since February, $5 has continued to be charged from my account every month, and I've paid a total of about $32. Despite this, every time I try to cancel the membership, I keep getting an error in the app.
I'm able to get as far as the "manage membership" section in the app, but at the cancellation step, I get warnings saying "a persistent issue occurred" or "the request timed out," and the process never completes. Despite trying multiple times on different occasions, I haven't been able to cancel the membership myself.
