Received Wrong Chanel Item and No Response for Refund or Replacement


I ordered Chanel sandals but received Chanel slippers instead. The item sent was worth more than what I paid, yet I still returned it, expecting to receive the correct product. They assured me that my item would be sent, but it's been 10 days, and I haven't received the product or any response to my messages and calls. It seems like a fake Instagram account. If my money is not refunded, I will take legal action. Normally, I wouldn’t pursue these matters, but due to their irresponsibility, I am determined to ensure that their page gets shut down!
