Fake Narciso Rodriguez, Chanel Coco Mademoiselle and Exnia Perfumes

I recently placed an order through the website Parfüm İmzası (Order No: 0580*1700) and purchased three perfumes: Narciso Rodriguez 100 ml, Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, and Exnia. I received the products in Antalya and paid via IBAN transfer.

The items were advertised as original and long-lasting, but what I received was the exact opposite. All three perfumes have heavy, unpleasant scents that do not last, and I strongly doubt their authenticity. The boxes and packaging contain no markings or signs of originality, further raising suspicion that the products are counterfeit.

So far, I have not contacted the company directly, but I feel completely misled as a consumer. Paying for what was promised as premium and authentic products, only to receive poor-quality imitations, is unacceptable.

I request a full refund of the amount paid and expect my grievance to be resolved promptly.
