About two weeks ago, my face verification was disabled without any explanation, and since then I have not been able to withdraw my earnings or go live on the app. This situation has directly affected my ability to use the platform and continue my activities there. I also do not know how to reach Chamet customer support from within the app, so I have not been able to get any information about the reason for this restriction or how to resolve it. I kindly request that my face verification be re‑enabled as soon as possible so that I can withdraw my earnings and start going live again, or that I am clearly informed about the reason for this restriction and how it can be fixed.
