I Face Blocked Account and Balance Withdrawal Issue on Chamet App

My Chamet account with the username “cancan 686868.04” has been blocked for nearly three months, and despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to resolve the issue. The app repeatedly asked me to complete face verification, which I tried several times, but it was never accepted. I did not receive any warning messages or clear explanation as to why my verification was rejected or why my account remains suspended.
Because of this block, I am unable to open live streams and, more importantly, I cannot withdraw the ₺184,44 balance that is stuck in my account. I reached out to Chamet customer support, but all I received was a generic reply stating “we cannot remove the block.” They did not provide any solution, alternative verification option, or steps to help me access my own funds.
This situation has left me completely stuck and unfairly deprived of my money. I request Chamet to immediately reactivate my account and release my ₺184,44 balance without further delay. Users should not be left in limbo without clear support or a way to resolve account issues. I expect prompt action to resolve this matter and restore my access.
