Chamet Account Restricted and Unable to Make Calls

I have been using Chamet on my Android phone, and for the last 10 days my account has been restricted and I am unable to make calls. When I try to use the application, I see that my account is restricted and I cannot place calls, but I have not been given any clear reason or explanation for this restriction. I have not yet been able to reach support about this issue, but I want my account restriction to be removed as soon as possible and my calling rights to be restored. I also request a clear explanation of why my account was restricted so that I can avoid similar problems in the future. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed urgently and that the restriction on my Chamet account be lifted.
