I have been unable to log in to my Chamet account for the last 6 days on my Android phone. The application does not accept my mobile number due to a region code mismatch, so my number cannot be verified. I also cannot log in with my Gmail address. Because of this, I am completely locked out of my account. In this account, I have a balance and coins that I was planning to withdraw, and now I cannot access them. I wrote to the Chamet team via the app review section and explained that the region code does not match, and my number is not verifying, but the problem is still not resolved, and I still cannot log in. I request that my login problem and the region code/number verification issue be fixed, my account access be restored, and my balance and coins in the account be fully protected and made available to me again. I kindly ask you to review my account as soon as possible and resolve all these issues so that I can use my Chamet account normally again.
