Chamet Face Verification Still Blocked After More Than One Year

I am using the Chamet application from India and my account has been blocked by the face verification system for a very long time. The app showed a 90‑day waiting period for face verification, but even though more than one year has passed since around February last year, my face verification has still not been refreshed and I cannot access my account properly. Because of this, I am unable to withdraw the 30 dollars that I have in my Chamet account. I contacted Chamet support and they only replied with the same 90‑day waiting suggestion, but no real action has been taken and my situation has not changed. I request that my face verification be refreshed or reset without any further delay so that my account can be reopened normally and I can withdraw my 30 dollars balance. I expect Chamet to urgently review my account, remove this incorrect 90‑day restriction that has already passed long ago, and allow me full access to my funds.
