CFMOTO Motorcycle Oil Cooler Burst Caused Accident and Injury

Last night, the oil cooler of my CFMOTO motorcycle burst for the third time, which caused my motorcycle to slip and resulted in a serious accident. I am now at risk of losing my leg. Despite this being a life-threatening issue, CFMOTO Turkey has not provided any permanent solution regarding the oil cooler problem. It is extremely difficult to reach customer service, and this situation has left me no choice but to begin legal proceedings. I will be filing a compensation lawsuit based on the damage to my motorcycle as well as the emotional and physical suffering experienced by my family and myself. It is absolutely not normal for an oil cooler to burst three times. Many people could lose their lives, just as I almost did last night. I have given this company more than enough chances, yet at only 8,000 km, a motorcycle should not have such a serious and repeated failure. CFMOTO Turkey has done nothing to compensate for this matter. I was left constantly waiting for spare parts, which caused unnecessary stress and damage. I am certain that during the legal process, all of these facts will be revealed clearly. Please note that all the motorcycle’s services and maintenance were carried out on time. This is an extremely dangerous and unacceptable situation, and I request that CFMOTO take urgent responsibility and provide a proper solution.
