CEX.IO blocked my access, and support won’t respond; how can I regain access?

If you can't get into your CEX.IO account and support isn't helping, make sure your account hasn't been hacked first. Check for activity that you didn't do and change your password.

You'll need to contact CEX.IO's support team if you can't fix the problem on your own. Response times may be slowed down because of a lot of questions. If you need help, you can email [email protected] or use their website's live chat tool.

When you call support, you'll need to give them your username, linked phone number, recent transaction information, and home location.

You might also be asked to take a picture of a legal ID and a selfie with the ID and a note that says "CEX.IO, 2FA disable" along with your name and the date.
