CEX.io SMS Code Not Delivered Despite Correct Phone Settings

I have been a customer of CEX.io Crypto for more than 10 years. For the past week, whenever I try to log into my account, I am required to enter a verification code that is supposedly sent via SMS. The system says the verification code has been sent, and when I select the option to resend it, nothing happens.

I contacted my mobile carrier and had them check my message settings, and I also had Apple confirm that my Premium SMS settings were correctly enabled. Still, CEX.io keeps informing me that the verification code has been sent, but I never receive it. I have been using the same phone number for 15 years.

I am requesting assistance. I hope the CEX.io team will take this issue seriously and provide a solution.
