CEX.IO Won’t Lift My Account Ban Despite Updating My Citizenship Info

I originally registered on CEX.IO in 2021 as a Russian citizen, but after the Russia-Ukraine war began in 2022, my account was frozen. Now, I have moved to Turkey and officially obtained Turkish citizenship, so I updated my account information accordingly.

Despite making these changes, CEX.IO still refuses to lift the restriction, leaving me completely locked out of my funds. I have been waiting for two months for a response from their support team, but they have ignored my requests. This is incredibly frustrating—why am I being blocked from accessing my own money?
