CEX.IO Closed My Account and Stole My Assets – Stay Away!
Use CEX.IO very cautiously! I checked my account and even used their card without problems for purchasing. Then they closed my account out of nowhere even though I had assets in it. They insisted on constant evidence of my crypto's source, hence I repeatedly turned in paperwork. Thinking I would finally receive my money back, I waited for a month but they just kept asking for more, obviously expecting I would give up. Eventually, they accuse me of violating sanctions—total stupidity—using a completely phony justification. Following all that waiting, they flatly refused to release my property. By far the worst exchange I have ever engaged with is CEX.IO. Steer clear of them at all costs!
