I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced with CEX.IO, where my account was suddenly restricted and I effecti...vely lost access to part of my funds. I had previously bought, sent, and received crypto through CEX.IO without any problems. On May 5th, 2026, while in the United States, I purcha
