Ceva Logistics Fails to Pick Up Faulty Toshiba TV from My Address

Hey everyone, I want to share a scary story about my Toshiba TV that I bought from Trend Regret (Trendyol). I bought a really nice 70-inch TV on November 21st, and it was delivered to me by Ceva on November 28th. On December 2nd, Vestel's tech team reported that a panel was broken during setup. I talked about my regret with Trend Regret, and you know what? They kept demanding a refund, completely disregarding my right to get a replacement. Trend Regret gives a return code, but Ceva Logistics can't pick up the broken Toshiba TV that was reported for service for two weeks! Trend Regret is always making excuses and taking forever to get things done. I called Ceva, and they asked for the return code. They said they would check their schedule and get back to me. Say it again and again and again. Trend Regret refuses to change, and Ceva is unable to make a commitment. It's been a month since I used my credit card for this mess. Hey Trend Regret and Ceva Logistics, I'm a really unhappy customer right now. It's time to step up, deal with this problem, and fix things. I'm really regretting ever getting involved with Trendyol. Be careful when making a purchase!
