Ceva Broke the Oven I Sent Through Trendyol and Refused to Take Responsibility

We are a store that sells through Trendyol. We sent the oven order with Ceva, the product only went to the branch and since it was canceled, we asked for it to be brought back to us. The product only went to the branch, it was not even shipped, but when it was brought back to us, the oven glass was broken. When we wanted to keep a report, they said they would not. They broke the product before it even went on the road and did not accept any responsibility. We wrote here, the answer given by Ceva was "it will be taken into consideration from now on" as if mocking. Dear authorized person or "apparent authority", if something is being done, stand behind it and take responsibility. When it comes to payments, the company takes the money in seconds and when it makes mistakes, it keeps quiet and disappears. We want a solution, it is not our concern whether you are careful or not from now on. Make up for our victimization. What kind of irresponsibility is this?
