Before, I ordered a few things from Cettire without any problems; now, my most recent experience was disastrous. Designed at $600, I bought a designer jacket said to be a fantastic price when compared to other stores. The item arrived and was obviously a fake—bad labels, poor stitching, no authenticity markings. I called Cettire's customer service right away hoping for a fix, but I received boilerplate answers and no actual help. Following weeks of backtracking, I had to dispute something with my credit card company. Cettire kept refusing responsibility even then, which made the procedure unduly tough. I'm sorry I trusted this platform; I won never buy there once. Spending a little more elsewhere is well worth avoiding such a dishonest and irritating encounter.
