Cerave Acne Cleanser Turned Brown with Rusty Smell, Damaged My Skin

I've been using Cerave's acne-prone cleansing gel for a year and a half without issues until now. The last bottle I bought, around five or six months ago, was a shock. Just recently, I noticed a brownish liquid with a metallic, rusty smell coming out when I went to wash my face – it was as if the product had rusted. The expiration date is still good, valid for two years after purchase, but the cleanser is anything but safe.
On top of the bizarre color and smell, this "cleanser" has harmed my skin and spread my acne from my face to my entire body. I spent money on Cerave to improve my skin health, not to destroy it. Worse, Cerave hasn’t responded to any complaints, as though our health is inconsequential. How are we supposed to trust a brand that doesn’t care about its customers' well-being? I demand a solution – we pay for quality, not damage.
