I Found Sharp Glass-Like Particles in My CeraVe Foaming Cleanser

This is one of the strangest and most alarming skincare experiences I’ve ever had. About six months ago, I started using the CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser, and during use, I noticed a strange stinging sensation on my face. I brushed it off the first time, thinking maybe I scratched myself accidentally. But then it happened again—the next time, my hand actually got scratched while washing. That's when I started connecting the dots.
Each time I used this cleanser, I experienced tiny scratches, mostly on my face and hands. One day, I even felt what seemed like a minuscule shard of glass in the product. I immediately threw away the bottle, deep-cleaned my bathroom cabinet, and assumed it was a freak occurrence.
But just recently, I purchased a new, sealed, original bottle of the same cleanser. And once again—the same scratching happened. This time, I was able to catch the sharp fragment and confirm it wasn’t my imagination. There is absolutely no broken glass in my cabinet or bathroom. None of my other skincare products cause this, and I use them every day.
This is deeply disturbing. I even removed the pump, poured out the bottle, and checked for contamination. I can’t believe a brand like CeraVe would sell something that might contain sharp, dangerous particles capable of injuring users.
