Brown Liquid Leaking from CeraVe Face Cleanser Pump

I have been using CeraVe face cleansing gel and finished two bottles. While the product seems to help my acne-prone skin, I’ve had the same issue with both bottles: a brown liquid leaks from the pump and mixes into the cleanser. I have no idea what’s causing this, but it’s concerning. I purchased the product from a pharmacy, so I know it’s not fake, yet I’ve faced this problem twice. This isn’t what I expect from CeraVe, a brand known for quality skincare. I need a clear explanation and an immediate resolution for this issue. Please address this defect and provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible!
