I purchased the Cerave cleansing gel after previously using the smaller size and being satisfied with it. However, when the full-sized product arrived, I used it twice daily, morning and night, and the next day my face was covered with acne and pimples. It’s obvious that the product I received is not authentic. My skin is still recovering, and this experience has caused both physical and emotional distress.
I requested a refund, but it was denied. This is beyond frustrating. I’m dealing with both financial and emotional damage, and yet my request was dismissed. I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to pursue my rights, and due to this treatment, I will never purchase from this brand again.
