Century Games Whiteout Survival: 390K Soldiers Disappeared Without Reason!

I’ve been playing Whiteout Survival by Century Games and suddenly, 390K of my soldiers disappeared without any reason! I immediately reported this issue and requested that my account be checked. Instead of investigating, I received an automated response, which was very frustrating. I’ve invested both a lot of time and money into this game, and losing soldiers like this is unacceptable. For me to lose soldiers, my base should be full and I would need to be attacked at least 10 times by the strongest castle—none of which happened. Could you please tell me where I should file a formal complaint? Century Games, I expect this to be resolved!
