I have a Casio Protrek Smart F-30 smartwatch, and in order to use this product efficiently, I need to install the Wear OS by Google application. However, because this application has not been updated for a long time, it can be installed on older phones but is not available for newer models, and this situation is very upsetting and limiting for me. I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy A55 phone, and on 28 February 2026, I realized that I could not install the Wear OS by Google application on this device, so I cannot benefit from the smart functions of my Casio Protrek Smart F-30 watch as intended. I have not yet contacted the customer services of Google or Casio, because in my opinion, this is a technical compatibility issue that should be solved directly by the relevant companies. I request that Google and Casio cooperate to immediately update the Wear OS by Google application so that it becomes compatible with new generation phones, such as the Samsung Galaxy A55, and that my Casio Protrek Smart F-30 smartwatch can be used as advertised and without any functional limitations.
