I have not yet contacted Redmi/Xiaomi or Apple customer support because I expect a clear and definitive solution from the brand on how this watch can be used properly with an iPhone. I request that this connection problem be examined in detail and that I be provided with clear solution steps. If the issue cannot be resolved through software or settings, I expect guidance on the next steps, such as repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution, so that I can use the product as advertised.
