I have been experiencing a connection problem between my Redmi Watch 5 Active and my iPhone for more than one month. Although I enter the correct details and follow the pairing steps, the watch does not connect to my phone, and the device consistently fails to establish a connection. I purchased the Redmi Watch 5 Active online from Amazon, and I have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, such as reinstalling the application, resetting the watch, checking Bluetooth, and similar actions, but the problem has not been resolved. I have not yet contacted Redmi/Xiaomi or Apple customer support because I expect a clear and definitive solution from the brand on how this watch can be used properly with an iPhone. I request that this connection problem be examined in detail and that I be provided with clear solution steps. If the issue cannot be resolved through software or settings, I expect guidance on the next steps, such as repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution, so that I can use the product as advertised.
