Casinowon Blocks My Account While Others Can Play Without Issues

I am incredibly frustrated with Casinowon due to ongoing access issues with my account. For nearly a week, I haven’t been able to play any games. Every time I contact their support team, they claim the problem is due to an infrastructure issue. However, I can log in and play games using other accounts without any problems, which makes their excuse completely invalid.
If the issue were truly infrastructure-related, it should affect all accounts, not just mine. This is unfair and unacceptable. I simply want to enjoy the games I deposited money for. Casinowon needs to resolve this issue immediately and provide a clear explanation for their actions. Players deserve fair treatment and uninterrupted access.
