When I contacted live support for assistance, they abruptly ended the chat and eventually closed my account altogether. This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and transparency.

I trusted this platform, but it has proven to be unreliable and dishonest. Such sites should be shut down to prevent further harm to customers. I demand an immediate resolution, including reopening my account and processing the withdrawal I am owed. Casinoviva must take responsibility for this issue and restore trust with its users. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform to prevent similar frustrations.
