Casinbo has refused to process my payment, and I’ve been struggling to resolve this issue for two days. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, including through email, I have received no response or updates. This level of irresponsibility from a platform is unacceptable.

Even if they eventually process my payment, I plan to share my experience publicly across platforms like YouTube, Telegram, and other forums to inform others about the lack of reliability and poor service. Casinbo must address this issue immediately and ensure my payment is processed without further delay. This situation reflects poorly on their platform, and I demand a prompt resolution.
