Endless Servicing for Hoover Washing Machine
On February 16, 2022, I bought a Hoover washing machine from Carrefour. I thought it would be a good product and service. But just one month later, it broke down and I had to call for service. To my surprise, even after a year, the service people still come to my house every day. They say it's because the customer did something wrong, like forget to drain the water from the machine. The technician at the Hoover service center in Mersin won't fix our machine because we haven't paid for the warranty. It's a cycle of disappointment and anger that never ends. Even though we've complained, the company and service center haven't done anything about it. We haven't been able to use the item at all for the past two years.
