Carrefour Refused to Compensate Defective Dijitsu Freezer
Carrefour does not provide adequate support for the products that they sell. On July 21, 2013, I should not have made the unfortunate decision to buy a freezer made by the Dijitsu brand from them. After only forty-five days, the freezer completely lost its ability to function. Not only did it fail to freeze, but it also ruined the contents of the container by turning them into a mushy mess. My attempts to contact Dijitsu's customer service were nearly fruitless, and the store from which I purchased the product provided no support of any kind. Carrefour does not stand behind the products that they sell, so once the transaction has been finalized, the customer is on their own.

Hello, Weeks have passed, and unfortunately, there is neither service nor support. Carrefour SA says that they need a technical service report for a return process. Dijitsu has no freezer service, and the meat and vegetables in my fridge have spoiled and gone to waste. The fridge doesn't even cool, let alone freeze. They say they will process the return only with a technical service report, as if our statement isn't true. They say they are dealing with it when we call, but there is no solution. The product is useless in my hands, and my money has gone to waste. It's a shame! I expect support and a refund. Stand behind the product you sold and come to pick up the defective product and give me my refund! Unfortunately, my losses are not recovered by asking me to rate our call with high stars, Carrefour SA.
