Carrefour Aggressive Member Of Staff Hurts Customer

Carrefour Store, Ortakoy Lotus, Istanbul, Turkey Male members of staff inappropriate and aggressive behaviour. I have been a customer at this store for 15 years. I go to the store everyday. I***** a butcher there has exhibited threatening behaviour and shouting at me several times. Last night (June 6) I was at the butcher counter where he works. I asked and pointed to some meat that was in the cabinet next to him 10 times and he didnt understand. So I gestured that I was coming round to show him. As soon as I got into the areas he started shouting and then he pushed me. Selim another member of staff witnessed this. As I was speaking to Selim this man followed us and stood over me glaring for 5 minutes. Later he followed me around the store. Carrefour has always be a professional store. I spent last night shaking and crying to friends and family who told me I must report this. I look forward to hearing from you. Donna H*****
