KFC Employee Rudeness Complaint

Today, a female staff member at KFC Nextlevel in Ankara almost assaulted me. She was arguing with her coworkers inside. After insulting them, she stormed out and took my order in a rage. There was no one else waiting. She went back inside and continued her insults. When she came out and practically threw the order in front of me, I said, "This isn't mine," to which she angrily replied, "I know that already." When I stated, "I don't deserve this treatment; we are customers," she got even angrier and started ranting. I said, "I'll speak to your manager," and then she started screaming, "This woman is insulting me!" Everyone on the floor turned to look at us. The manager forcibly took her back inside. Then she burst out again. When she realized she was at fault, she started yelling louder to shift the blame. She began screaming for security to come. She rushed out and came towards me. The manager had to hold her back. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I have never seen such rudeness. The other female employee started crying out of fear. I asked the manager what was wrong with his employees and left. It was a horrible experience. I would never expect this from such a company. I will never shop there again.
