Custom Fit SUV Car Cover Failed With Loose Fit, No Mirror Pockets
Despite claims to the contrary, the cover isn't really custom-fit. It falls flat on the underside of my SUV and is excessively loose, the elastic at the edges would keep it in place, but it hasn't done the trick which defeats the purpose of purchasing a cover to protect my vehicle from inclement weather, covering it up wasn't a picnic either. According to your website, it slides on easily; however, mine would not stay put while I attempted to place it on top of the roof. I hated how long it took and how painful it was. Even more concerning is the lack of mirror pockets on the cover, which are crucial for a proper fit. In their absence, it merely flounders about even more and offers no protection. Everything about this is making me sad. You made some bold claims regarding the product's quality and user-friendliness, but the cover falls far short of those claims. If you can either give me my money back or send me a new cover that fits my SUV properly, that would be fantastic.
