Unable to Purchase Capcut Pro Subscription

Hello, today I attempted to purchase a Capcut Pro subscription, but each of my three attempts resulted in an error, although the payment was still deducted from my account each time. The charges were eventually refunded, but I am still unable to successfully purchase the Pro subscription. I rely on Capcut Pro for work, and I’m unsure why I keep encountering this issue. This has disrupted my workflow, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this so I can finally access the Pro features I need.
