I Face Access Issues on CapCut Despite Active Annual Subscription

I purchased a one-year subscription to CapCut, expecting full access to the Pro features throughout the subscription period. However, despite my annual payment being successfully processed, I am currently unable to use the service. Every time I open the app, it keeps showing the "Get Pro" prompt, as if I do not have an active membership.

This makes me feel like I paid for nothing, as I cannot benefit from the Pro features that I already paid for. I also contacted CapCut’s help section and requested support, but I have received no response so far.

This situation has caused both financial frustration and emotional disappointment. I explicitly request the immediate reactivation of my annual Pro membership and a clear explanation of why my subscription status is not recognized.
