CapCut Pro Subscription Paid, But Features Are Not Accessible

I have an active CapCut Pro subscription, but I can’t access any of the Pro features. Every time I try to use them, the app redirects me to the subscription page, even though my membership is already active. When I click on the “Subscribe” button, it says “You are already subscribed”, yet I still can’t use the premium features.

My payment has been successfully processed and appears as completed, so there is no issue on my end. Why am I being blocked from using the features I paid for? I expect an immediate resolution or a refund if this issue is not fixed. CapCut, please address this problem ASAP!
