CapCut Pro Subscription Not Working Despite Payment

I purchased a one-month CapCut Pro subscription on October 20, 2024, to try out the premium features. While my profile shows the Pro subscription's expiration date, I am unable to access any Pro features. Each time I attempt to use them, I am prompted to “Upgrade to Pro” again, even though I have already paid for it.
I noticed that many others have reported similar issues, which makes it even more frustrating. How can a company as big as CapCut fail to address this recurring problem?
I demand an immediate resolution and access to the features I paid for. If this issue persists, I will consider canceling and seeking a refund for the service I haven’t been able to use.
