CapCut Pro Subscription Paid but Features Are Unavailable

I purchased a one-year CapCut Pro subscription, but despite the payment being processed and visible in my Apple account, I’m unable to access any Pro features in the app. I can’t export videos or use the premium tools that should be included in the subscription. I’ve tried restarting the app, updating it, and troubleshooting on my own, but nothing has worked. The app still doesn’t recognize my active subscription. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I’ve already paid for the service. CapCut needs to resolve this issue immediately and ensure that paid subscriptions are properly activated. I expect access to the Pro features or a full refund if this cannot be resolved. Please address this promptly!
