CapCut Pro Subscription Paid, But Features Unavailable

I purchased a monthly subscription for CapCut Pro, but every time I try to export my edited videos, I get a notification telling me to subscribe to CapCut Pro. When I attempt to purchase the subscription again, it says that I'm already a subscriber, yet I still can't use any of the Pro features. This is beyond frustrating! The app takes my money but doesn't provide the service I paid for. I’ve also sent feedback through the app, but I haven’t received any response. I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue. CapCut, please fix this problem and ensure I can access the features I paid for!
