I canceled my CapCut subscription, yet it keeps renewing automatically and charging my account! Despite disabling auto-renewal, I am still being charged without authorization.

Even worse, my subscription doesn’t show up in the App Store, so I have no way to cancel it manually. How is this even possible? This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution.

I need urgent assistance to fully cancel my subscription and get a refund for the unauthorized charges. CapCut must address this issue and stop charging users without consent!
