Unable to Cancel CapCut Subscription Despite Multiple Attempts – Please Resolve

I am unable to cancel my subscription on the CapCut app, and it's becoming extremely frustrating. I’ve tried to cancel it multiple times, but every time I hit “cancel” in the subscription settings, it doesn’t show as canceled, nor does it remove my subscription. I just want to end my subscription, but CapCut’s app keeps making this process impossible. It seems to keep me stuck in a loop—I unsubscribe, yet it doesn’t go through, and when I try again, it’s the same issue. Please resolve this urgently, as I want a clear and effective cancellation without further hassle.
