About a month ago, I purchased a one-month subscription to CapCut to edit a video. I used it once, completed my project, and then did not touch the app again. Last night, I was shocked to see CapCut auto-renewed another month without my permission. I immediately contacted their support team via email to request a refund, but they simply replied that no refund would be issued.

How is this fair? I didn’t agree to an auto-renewal, and I haven’t used the app since the original subscription. If I needed long-term access, I would’ve chosen the yearly plan. This is an unauthorized charge, and I demand a full refund for the second month that I never approved or used.
